Contact usYou can pay for your subscription using a debit or credit card, or via Shop Pay – Shopify’s fast and secure checkout that lets you save your details for next time. All subscription payments are processed using a Continuous Payment Authority (CPA), which allows us to take recurring payments automatically.
Please note, we’re unable to accept cheques for subscription payments.
We use a secure payment method called a Continuous Payment Authority (CPA). This allows us to process subscription payments and any future orders without you needing to re-enter your details and without us storing your full card information.
Your payments are handled by trusted card networks and authorised providers, keeping everything safe and seamless.
We use CPAs instead of direct debits so you stay in control – you can cancel or update your payment method at any time.

Your orders will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked post, so you should receive them within 1–2 working days.
Future deliveries will arrive every 28 days.

You can delay, cancel, or make changes to your subscription anytime by logging into your account. Just click ‘Account’ in the top navigation bar, then 'Subscriptions’ and edit from there.
Simply log into your account, click ‘Subscriptions’, 'Edit' and 'Reschedule', then choose a new delivery date that works for you.
Yes – you can cancel anytime, no strings attached.
To cancel online, simply log into your account, click ‘Subscriptions’, 'Edit' and then select 'Cancel subscription'.

Most of our supplements are designed to be taken daily, to maintain levels of the active ingredient in your body. But if you need more or fewer packs, you can change your delivery frequency anytime. Just log into your account and edit your subscription to adjust the quantity or schedule.
Yes! We can deliver internationally, but please note we can't offer free shipping outside the UK. Many customers therefore find it more cost-effective to order larger quantities less often. You can adjust your delivery frequency in your account or call our friendly Customer Care team on +44 1223 750 874 if you need help.

Almost all of our products are available on subscription. The only two exceptions are the larger 120 tablet packs of Prime Fifty supplements Fighting Fatigue and Healthy Joints & Bones.
